Our vision for Ickleford Mill
Award winning, five-star housebuilder Hill Residential is bringing forward detailed proposals for new homes and green open space at Ickleford Mill, Ickleford.
As you may be aware, in March 2024 North Hertfordshire District Council granted Outline Planning Permission for the residential development of the site.
Hill Residential is now bringing forward a Reserved Matters Application, setting out the finer detail of the proposed development such as the layout, appearance and materials of the new homes, and details of the proposed landscaping.
Hill Residential is committed to engaging with residents and local stakeholders as the detailed proposals for the scheme are developed. Hill Residential would like to hear your feedback and welcomes your views on how the detailed design for the appearance and layout of the scheme is progressing.
